Key Responsibilities & Duties Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.

Manage inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition processes effectively.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timeliness and precision.

Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams to provide actionable financial insights.

Utilize ERP systems for financial reporting and process optimization, with Net Suite experience preferred.

Develop and enforce internal controls and best practices across accounting operations.

Support external audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation and reports.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with 5 years preferred.

Proficiency in ERP systems, with Net Suite experience highly desirable.

Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.

Advanced skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills at all organizational levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
