We're looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to step into a well-established role. Our long-time bookkeeper recently retired, leaving clean, well-maintained books — this is a maintain‑and‑run seat, not a cleanup project.
Details- ~10 hours/week, fully remote
- Immediate start
- Maintain the books in Quick Books
- Generate monthly financial statements
- Handle light A/R collections
- Manage online payments
- Solid Quick Books experience
- Comfortable working independently and owning a monthly close
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and responsive
