We are engaging experienced Quick Books Accounting Specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you'll use your day-to-day Quick Books experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.
Responsibilities- Work with Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop
. - Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain the Chart of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
- Review accounting workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online and/or Desktop.
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data.
- Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner
. - Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, or financial data evaluation is a plus.
