One of the most recognized independent CPA firms in the country is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to their team. This firm has built its reputation on real work-life balance, growing people from within, and staying independent - no private equity ownership, no outside investors dictating direction, just a firm that controls its own long-term decisions.
That independence shows up in the numbers: named to Accounting Today's "Best Accounting Firms to Work For" list for 10 consecutive years running, with three Top 10 mid-sized firm rankings in the past six years alone. With ~150 employees across 15+ states, this is a firm with real scale and complex client work, but without the bureaucracy or big-firm churn - and a genuine, proven path to Partner, including remote Partners already on the team.
This is an opportunity to lead complex tax engagements for a firm that has consistently proven it invests in its people over the long term, not just when it's convenient
