• Run day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing

• Analyze billing transactions to confirm appropriate revenue recognition treatment
• Review general ledger accounts and post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals
• Support preparation of financial statements, budget variance analysis, annual budgets, year-end tax schedules, and continuous improvement of accounting processes

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
• Three to five years of accounting or auditing experience for Staff level, or five to eight years for Senior level; public accounting background is a plus
• Solid grasp of financial statement preparation, GAAP, and revenue recognition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate financial information for non-finance audiences
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting platforms such as Net Suite, Intacct, or Quick Books
• Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
