Bench Prep is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to support a growing finance team. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, analyze data, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
The role covers reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, audits, and year-end schedules. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–8 years of experience are expected; CPA preferred. Remote work with strong Excel and experience in Netsuite/Intacct/Quick Books is a plus.
