Our client is seeking an Interim Collections Clerk to join a dynamic accounting team supporting a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, resolving account issues, and contributing to a team focused on continuous improvement.

• Manage collection efforts on outstanding accounts
• Communicate with attorneys and insurance carriers regarding payment status
• Track, document, and follow up on collection activities
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information
• Partner with billing, accounts payable, and accounting team members to resolve issues
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

• 2+ years of collections experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Team-first attitude and strong collaboration skills

• Experience in a legal services environment
• Aderant software experience

• Fully remote work arrangement after onboarding
