• Manage core accounting functions including account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing

• Analyze billing transactions for correct revenue recognition allocation
• Review general ledger accounts and post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals
• Assist in building financial statements and budget variance analyses, support budget preparation, and prepare year-end tax schedules

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
• Three to five years of experience for Staff level, or five to eight years for Senior level, in accounting or auditing, ideally with public accounting exposure
• Thorough knowledge of financial statement preparation, GAAP, and revenue recognition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share financial information across the organization
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting systems such as Net Suite, Intacct, or Quick Books
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
