Bench Prep is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to join our remote Finance team, reporting to the Controller. You’ll maintain accurate records, prepare reports, analyze data, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years (Staff) or 5–8 years (Sr) in accounting, a Bachelor’s in accounting (CPA preferred), and strong Excel and ERP experience (Net Suite/Intacct/Quick Books). We offer a competitive salary and generous perks.
