Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Project Accountant / Billing Specialist for a fully remote, contract role based out of Waterford, NY. You will manage subcontractor invoicing, cost tracking, and project financial reporting across PM Web, Procore, Deltek, and Ariba.
Collaborate with project managers and operations to ensure accurate billing, month-end close, and KPI reporting, while maintaining detailed project records in ERP systems. Onsite quarterly visits may be required.
