A growing CPA and advisory firm is searching for a seasoned Tax Manager to lead a book of clients, and the setup is one most accountants only dream about:

What You'll Do:

Serve as lead advisor for a portfolio of clients, guiding each relationship from the first conversation through the final deliverable
Review individual and business returns for clients across different industries
Meet with clients regularly through the year to map out tax strategies
Handle agency correspondence and disputes at the federal and state level
Coordinate the workload of a small team, keeping deadlines on track and sharpening how work moves through the group

What We're Looking For:

5-7+ years of public accounting & tax experience
Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing individual, S-corp, C-corp, and partnership returns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065)
Ability to advise owners of closely held companies on how to structure and run their businesses tax-efficiently
Comfortable working in a fully cloud-based, paperless workflow
A clear, confident communicator who builds trust with clients and follows through
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA or EA license (active)

Preferred

Skills:

Experience serving property owners and investors, such as rental portfolios, developers, or investment holding entities
