Manager, Financial Reporting; Fully Remote

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and support other filings like proxy statements and registration statements.
• Coordinate and review XBRL and iXBRL tagging and other aspects of the external filing process.

• Research and document accounting positions on complex transactions, preparing technical accounting memoranda that support well-reasoned conclusions.
• Administer equity activity through Share works or similar platforms, including grants, RSU vesting, option exercises, and related reporting.

• Help design, document, and execute the Company's ICFR program, managing day-to-day operation of key controls.
• Serve as key day-to-day contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, with 6+ years of progressive financial reporting experience.
• Fully remote role with quarterly travel for company offsites; must be a U.S. person able to meet DOE Export Control requirements.
