The Global Stock & Employment / Mobility Tax team supports accurate, compliant, and scalable tax operations across equity compensation, payroll, employment tax, and global mobility programs. In this role, you will partner across HR, Payroll, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Tax, Legal, Stock Administration, Mobility & Immigration, and external providers to deliver seamless experiences for employees and stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities- Lead global employment tax compliance and statutory payroll reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with Payroll, Stock Administration, Mobility & Immigration, Accounting, and external providers to implement taxability, withholding, sourcing, and reporting requirements.
- Manage country-specific filing activities from data collection and validation through review and submission, including UK ERS, Australia ESS and FBT, Japan Form 9(3), Korea Form 30(5), Malaysia Appendix C, Hong Kong IR56B, Singapore IR8A, UK and Ireland PSA, and UK STBV reporting.
- Prepare and review Swiss salary certificate and equity annex filings, reconciling grant- and vest-level equity data with payroll and compensation records.
- Support payroll tax reconciliations, audits, year-end reporting, corrections, statutory filings, and compliance reviews.
- Manage payroll, equity, mobility, and HR data to support accurate reporting, regulatory filings, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Evaluate tax, payroll social security, treaty, sourcing, shadow payroll, gross-up, and reporting requirements related to relocations, permanent transfers, temporary remote work, and other cross-border assignments.
- Serve as a primary liaison with mobility tax providers, reviewing deliverables, scopes of work, invoices, tax authorizations, trailing liabilities, and employee eligibility.
- Maintain country-specific taxability matrices, process documentation, operating procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and in-house capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience. 6–8 or more years of progressive experience in employment tax, global mobility tax, equity compensation, payroll tax, or a related discipline within an international environment. Experience with global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, ESPP, payroll reporting, and trailing equity taxation.
