- Set up billing plans, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of billing information.
- Initiate collection processes, resolve disputes, and manage dunning activities including negotiations and cancellations.
Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mainframe systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline with one year of relevant experience.
