Junior Accountant - FULLY REMOTE

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in accounting and finance.

No extensive experience required — training and guidance will be provided.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Enter and maintain financial information in accounting systems.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Perform general administrative and accounting support as needed.

• High school diploma required; accounting, finance, or business coursework preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn accounting software and company procedures.
• Previous accounting experience is a plus but not required.
