Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Remote (with occasional onsite visits, events, or travel as required)

Department: Finance

Reports To: Director, Finance

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Status: Full-Time

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 Per Hour

This role performs the supplier payables function for Whistle pig. You’ll maintain the payables’ group email, enter invoices to SAP ByDesign, respond to and resolve supplier questions, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal departments.

• Invoice Entry to SAP By Design
• Maintain records (digitally)
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Resolve account issues
• Other duties as assigned

• Communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Manage priorities and deadlines independently
• Support cross-functional collaboration

Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Experience with SAP is a plus

The hourly wage of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, and training.
