Business Office Manager (BOM) - Full-Time Position

Woodside Health & Rehab, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable/payable, and financial compliance. As a key member of our team, you will ensure accurate financial performance while supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion.
What You'll Do:- Manage all business office functions, including billing, AR/AP, collections, and Medicaid Pending applications
- Ensure accuracy in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
- Oversee resident trust accounts, petty cash, and financial reconciliations
- Partner with admissions, nursing, and home office billing to maintain census and compliance
- Lead with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and operational excellence
- Prior SNF Business Office Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Degree in business/accounting preferred
