  Develop overall business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy's business strategy and processes by working as an integral part of the team.
• Collaborate:

• Present:
  Prepare and deliver a presentation to leaders and other interns at the end of the season, detailing accomplishments and providing feedback on the internship experience.

• Background:
  Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor's degree program focused on Accounting, having completed 2-3 years of study. This is an entry-level position designed for students building their foundational knowledge.

  Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, essential for supporting accounting functions. No specific years of professional experience are required beyond academic progress.

Must exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and a critical capacity to maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information.
