- Hybrid or fully remote work environment
- Significant autonomy and ownership over your work, priorities, and client relationships
- Unique hourly compensation model—get paid for the time you work
- A clearly defined season—January or February through mid-April
- Direct access to firm leadership and decision-makers
- Opportunities for year-round work for the right candidate
- Meaningful client relationships and advisory opportunities

Unlike many public accounting firms, our professional staff are compensated for the time they work. We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded, not penalized. In staff surveys, flexibility is consistently identified as one of the firm’s greatest strengths. Whether you prefer to start your day early, work later in the day, work remote part of the week, or attend important family events, we believe great professionals can also have fulfilling lives outside of work.
At WNA, we trust our professionals to manage their responsibilities, make informed decisions, and take ownership of their work. Our team operates within a clearly defined priority system that provides direction while allowing individuals the flexibility and autonomy to determine the most effective path forward. We believe talented professionals do their best work when they are empowered to think critically, solve problems, and contribute ideas—not simply follow instructions.
