Key Responsibilities for the Staff Tax Accountant:• Prepare 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S tax returns.
• Assist with work papers, trial balances, and general accounting functions supporting tax preparation.
• Develop toward increased preparation and review responsibilities.
• Manage work around critical tax deadlines and ensure adequate time for review.
• Utilize modern tax, accounting, and AI-enabled technology to improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting or tax experience.
• New graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technology aptitude and interest in developing a long-term tax career.
