City Plat is seeking a Property Accountant in Raleigh to own day-to-day accounting for a multi-entity portfolio. This hands-on role covers bank reconciliations, AP/AR, GL maintenance, and closings, acting as the in-house counterpart to our external accounting firm.
You will manage bank reconciliations, AP/AR cycles, and reporting, with Yardi Voyager as the core system. The position offers hybrid flexibility after 90 days and a $50,000–$60,000 base plus performance bonus.
