Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Prepare and process customer invoices, including invoices with varying levels of complexity.
• Manage accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate customer billing records.
• Enter and track raw material purchasing information within the accounting system.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while communicating with internal departments as needed.
• Support ongoing finance and billing operations during a period of company growth.

Qualifications for the Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Previous billing and accounts receivable experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH functions.
• Steel industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
