Accounting Manager; Fully Remote

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for corporate and project entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and SEC reporting on complex transactions.
• Support project accounting, AP, payroll, and budget planning cross-functionally.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related; CPA preferred.
• 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with public audit and EPC industry desired.
• Strong US GAAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills;
  Net Suite a plus.
