Senior Lease Auditor; Fully Remote

• Perform pre-audit reviews of expense reconciliations for CAM, real estate taxes, insurance, and utilities.
• Interpret lease language, apply concepts like proportionate share, gross-ups, and CAPs.
• Prepare final audit summaries and recovery invoices for clients.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or real estate preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Proficiency with lease management databases like Pro Lease, CoStar, or MRI and accounting software.
