Full Service Xpert Supervisor; Fully Remote

• You will lead and support a team of seasonal tax professionals, ensuring high-quality tax preparation and exceptional customer experience.
• This remote position requires an experienced, credentialed tax professional with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor seasonal credentialed tax professionals, conducting weekly one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Ensure tax preparation activities comply with IRS Circular 230, Internal Revenue Code, and state regulations.
• Manage daily support operations, monitor queue activity, and serve as an escalation point for customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of tax preparation experience, including business returns such as Form 1065 and 1120-S.
• Active PTIN and a valid credential:
  Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing tax attorney.
• Strong knowledge of tax software, Microsoft Office, and remote work requirements.
• Remote work flexibility from within the United States.
