Job Description for Virtual Assistant at Rock Auto ServiceJob Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, emails, and communication.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases for efficient record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings for team members as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as a virtual assistant/administrative assistant.
