About Us: We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can work during U.S. time zones (9am-5pm) to support our growing team. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain efficiency, organization, and productivity in our daily operations.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Overseas Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the team, ensuring important messages are prioritized.
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and send reminders to team members.
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data, records, and information in our systems.
Travel Coordination: Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Online Research: Conduct internet research to gather data, statistics, and information as needed.
Customer Support: Handle inquiries from customers or clients via email or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to attendees.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
Expense Tracking: Record and track expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reimbursement.

Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as required.
- Must be willing to work during U.S. time zones (9am-5pm) to align with our team's working hours.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
