Belgian law firm with an international footprint is looking for a Legal Assistant!

To support a team of lawyers, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a structured and professional environment.
In this role, you will be a key support figure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and allowing the lawyers to focus on advisory and case work. Accuracy, discretion and organisation will be essential to succeed.
Drafting, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
Opening, maintaining and updating client files and documentation
Managing calendars, deadlines and meeting schedules
Preparing presentations and administrative reports
Handling phone calls and emails with international contacts
Supporting billing processes (timesheets and invoices)
Organising travel arrangements and internal meetings
2–3 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role
Fluent in French , with an excellent command of Dutch and a good level of English
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
Professional, flexible and service-minded
