TEKH-IN is a Canada-based organization providing professional engineering and business support solutions. We are expanding our operations and seeking administrative professionals with a legal background to support Canadian documentation and compliance-related functions.
Role Overview
We are looking for Indian law graduates interested in an administrative role involving Canadian legal documentation, internal coordination, and structured process support for international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal and administrative documents
Creating standard legal documents such as:
Service agreements and engagement letters
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Independent contractor / consultant agreements
Employment-related documents (offer letters, policy acknowledgements, amendments)
Assisting with preparation and maintenance of Canadian business compliance documents, including:
Corporate records and internal resolutions
Vendor and client onboarding documentation
Basic contract summaries and trackers
Supporting compliance-related and administrative activities
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintaining organized digital records and detailed reports
Assisting management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Eligibility & Requirements
Law graduate (LLB or equivalent) from India
Experience or academic exposure in legal document creation and drafting
Familiarity with Canadian-style legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, and corporate records (training can be provided)
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory
Basic understanding of contracts, compliance, and documentation processes
High attention to detail and document accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Willingness to work evening shifts aligned with Canadian operations
