Overview

This role is ideal for a proactive Virtual Assistant with a keen interest in supporting B2B services for Australian small and medium-sized enterprises. You will play a crucial part in launching a new psychosocial risk and workplace compliance service by researching and organising leads, managing referral partner lists, and supporting outreach efforts. The position requires a structured approach to lead management, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting Linked In activity, and assisting with basic Google Ads administration, all while ensuring timely follow-up and professional engagement with HR, WHS, legal, insurance professionals, and consultants. The role is part-time, offering flexibility and regular weekly check-ins, making it suitable for candidates seeking a dynamic and impactful support position.

Responsibilities
  • Research and compile lists of potential leads and referral partners within HR, WHS, legal, and insurance sectors
  • Organise and track outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversations using spreadsheets or a simple CRM
  • Support Linked In activity, including basic posting and engagement with professional audiences
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to Google Ads and general project support
  • Maintain clear, organised records of all communications and lead status updates
  • Participate in regular weekly check-ins and provide progress updates
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support, lead generation, or B2B services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic CRM tools, and online research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Linked In and Google Ads administration is an advantage
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for approximately 15 hours per week
  • Prior experience supporting Australian businesses or professional services is beneficial
