About the Role
Tirisula World Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of our Pilates Studios.
This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. You will act as a key support partner to the Director, helping streamline daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across studios, staff, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative SupportManage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, classes, and appointments
Handle email and message correspondence professionally and promptly
Prepare documents, reports, schedules, and presentations as needed
Organise digital files, contracts, and records
Assist with class scheduling, cover coordination, and instructor communications
Support studio operations across multiple locations
Liaise with instructors, studio managers, and external vendors
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure completion
Draft clear internal messages, Whats App announcements, and updates
Coordinate with teams to ensure information is accurate and timely
Represent the Director professionally in written and verbal communication
Assist with planning, projects, and business initiatives
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Confident using Whats App, Zoom, and task-management tools
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Experience in wellness, fitness, or Pilates studios
Familiarity with scheduling systems or booking software
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Proactive, dependable, and solution-focused
Calm, professional, and discreet
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Fully remote working arrangement
Monthly salary of SGD 2,200–2,500
