Part-time 50-80%

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for all local administrative tasks of our entity in Singapore, from the day-to-day company admin, to support of our external accountants, as well as remotely supporting our Sales admin and finance colleagues of our back-office in Switzerland & Germany.
Profile
  • I am self-motivated, well organized, and able to work independently
  • I communicate effectively in English, both in written and spoken form, and enjoy communication with international colleagues, customers and partners
What do you bring to the table?
  • Working experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with using ERP systems. We work with the ERP system “Odoo”
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a multinational, remote team
  • Residence in Singapore

    • Research and advice on local Singapore regulations
  • Finance Administration Support
    • Communicate with Singapore banks, institutions and our local external accountants
    • Support the sales admin team with order processing, contracts, and customer documentation
    • Assist in maintaining CRM records, sales reports, and databases
