This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Executive Assistant - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as the key support for a VC-backed digital health startup, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. Your expertise will help optimize executive workflows, enabling the business to grow efficiently. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, facilitating communications, and ensuring that organizational goals are met.
The position demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the right hand for all administrative and operational tasks, helping save time and resources
- Manage and organize email inboxes and calendars, prioritizing calls and scheduling travel
- Proactively follow up with timely reminders and to-do lists
- Set agenda and discussion points for executive meetings
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings and projects with third-parties
- Lead, manage, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Create knowledge bases and SOPs based on business needs
- Gather insights to identify opportunities for business improvement
- Handle basic financial tasks like expense tracking, invoicing, and budgeting
- Ensure all deadlines are met and work is produced efficiently
- Perform ad hoc administrative and project tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4-5+ years in an executive assistant/operational/admin role supporting a C-suite executive
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Slack and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information and anticipate executive needs
- Ability to work in US time zone, 8 hours per day
