The salary range for this position is $52,593.71 to $86,166.03 for Schedule A, and $52,593.71 to $81,857.73 for Schedule
B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule
A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule
B.
The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Travel and Assignment- Travel within the tri-county vicinage will be required.

Position DetailsThe Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Vicinage Human Resources Division is seeking a professional highly organized individual with a commitment to excellent customer service and total quality management. Under the direction of the Human Resources Division Manager and the Assistant Human Resources Division Manager, the ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity and honesty; interpersonal and customer service skills; total quality management skills; teamwork skills;
time management skills and knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources division administration; payroll processing, data base integrity; monitoring onboard documents; monitoring working test period/probationary period data; calculating salary data; and benefits administration.
- Administer various personnel practices and procedures, with the ability to provide technical advice and assistance to Vicinage managers, supervisors, and employees; interpret and communicate Human Resources policies, rules, laws and/or regulations, FMLA/FLA guidelines and the NJ Administrative Code.
- Possess strong administrative skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects, and adaptable to change; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, technical competence, and oral communication.
- Articulately compose correspondence, reports and other written material that is clear, concise, and well organized; and compile statistical data.
- Recommend improvements in workflow systems, processes, and administrative practices; assist in planning and implementing projects and/or special programs; perform other duties as required.
