Principal Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently input and update data from various sources into digital databases or spreadsheets using established guidelines and procedures.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistently, promptly correcting any errors.
  • Conduct data cleansing and quality control tasks to ensure data integrity, including the identification and resolution of inconsistencies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through digital channels, providing progress updates, and promptly addressing any data related queries.
  • Complete Bid File Part Number Verification; audit bid files received to verify bid files include real part numbers.
  • Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • General data entry pertaining to sales, purchasing, inventory, and bookkeeping.
  • Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Certifications, and Work Experience
  • Relevant education and certification to fulfill the principal responsibilities, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the role.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with Excel abilities.
Other Requirements and Information
  • This position will begin onsite and can be transitioned to hybrid remote or fully remote work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Reliable internet access and dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • When required, be present for company wide meetings and training needs.
  • Background check required.
  • Flexible work from home options available.
