This role involves in-office requirements at our Phoenix, AZ location.
About the Role:Responsible for providing administrative support to management and/or a function.
What You Will Do:- Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, support leadership leverage Microsoft suite of applications
- Respond to incoming requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Administrative support may include scanning, faxing, copying and filing/storing documents
- Provides analytical and administrative support to relieve manager or team of administrative duties
- Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks
- Analyzes issues, determines approach and prepares report/recommendation.
- Interacts with other employees at all levels to gather information and coordinate activities between departments and outside parties
- Coordinates on-site for executives. Leads or co‑leads major executive events, such as leadership summits, town halls, offsites, or board‑prep cycles‑ensuring high‑quality logistics, communication, and deliverables.
- May have office management responsibilities for a site. Oversees day‑to‑day office operations, including space planning, supply management, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance‑to create a smooth, well‑run environment for associates and leaders.
- Other duties as assigned
- Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft applications & expense management system (Concur) required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Organizing
- Communication (written & verbal)
- Priority setting

Salary range: $21 hourly - $33.50 hourly
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
