Carex is partnering with a healthcare industry partner to find a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple work streams across a dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset who is eager to contribute to successful project execution. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining accurate communication, documentation, and timelines across several active initiatives.

Duration: 6 – 9 month contract with potential to extend

What You’ll Do
  • Attend meetings across various work streams and take comprehensive, accurate notes
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, ensuring clear and timely follow-up communication
  • Distribute meeting notes and confirm that action items and next steps are understood by all participants
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations and visual project updates
  • Build and maintain Gantt charts, project schedules, and timelines
  • Track deadlines and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met
  • Update the RAID log regularly and maintain all project documentation
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to maintain organized and efficient project workflows
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, business analysis, or quality assurance
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent note-taking, active listening, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Receptiveness to feedback and a strong commitment to team collaboration
  • Strong situational awareness and an ability to understand group dynamics and respond accordingly
