Overview
Marketing Assistant role in Bangor, Maine. This part-time, office-based position is 24 hours per week and offers an opportunity to build your skills while contributing to projects that strengthen our brand and client relationships.
What Youll Do- Coordinating event participation and sponsor ships.
- Managing our employee clothing program and inventory of swag and other branded items.
- Assisting with vendor coordination for graphics, photography, and signage.
- Updating resumes and marketing documents using provided templates.
- Organizing business card orders.
- Supporting essential marketing tasks when the Marketing Manager is away.
You’ll work in a positive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional development and growth. This part-time role offers flexibility in scheduling within regular business hours. We can work with you to set days and times that fit your needs and our team s workflow. After a six-month probationary period, partial remote work may be considered.
What Were Looking For- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work effectively with other team members in multiple divisions and geographic locations.
- Comfortable learning new software; experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing or business is helpful.
- Valid driver s license and active auto insurance.
