Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and operational support in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members and supervisors
- Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of virtual meetings
- Perform accurate data entry, file maintenance, and digital document organization
- Prepare, format, and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to support workflow efficiency
- Support office operations by maintaining organized records and standardized documentation

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Follow established administrative procedures and contribute to process improvements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework is a plus
- Entry-level experience in administrative support, office assistance, customer service, internships, or clerical roles preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online systems

- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
