Assistant to AVP of Paradigm Education Solutions

Overview

Paradigm Education Solutions is seeking a motivated, high-energy individual to serve as the strategic right hand to our Assistant Vice President. This isn't just an administrative role; we are looking for a candidate who doesn't just want to do the work - they want to understand why the work matters, how the revenue flows, and want to use what they learn to grow within the organization.

This position will work out of our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

This individual is the administrative right hand to the Assistant Vice President, providing administrative support focused on marketing and sales, and acting as a secondary support system for Paradigm's editorial team. The person in this role will need to be highly organized, able to multi-task, think analytically, and adapt to change.

• understands the divisional processes related to product acquisition and development, sales, marketing, implementation, and fulfillment.
• assumes responsibility for divisional adherence to those processes through monitoring and close collaboration with different divisions.
• manages the course initiation process for sales opportunities.
• works with accounting, sales, and the assistant vice president to ensure sales data is accurate.
• works with inventory control and the assistant vice president to ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet sales needs.
• serves as a steady and consistent resource to the assistant vice president, the sales team, and the marketing team.
• possesses a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or 3+ years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
