Overview
We’re hiring a high-performance Executive Assistant to support our CEO who is a fast-moving, detail-driven executive. This is an on-site, full-time role at our Birmingham headquarters.

This is not just administrative support, it’s a business-critical partnership where you will manage complex calendars, travel, logistics, inbox oversight, events, executive projects, and real-time communications. You’ll anticipate needs, remove barriers, and keep the CEO moving with clarity and focus.
Responsibilities- Manage and own a complex, shifting executive calendar
- Oversee a high-volume inbox with priority filtering and response management
- Coordinate all travel logistics (flights, hotels, cars)
- Prep for meetings, give timely cues, and launch Zoom sessions
- Support strategic planning and schedule C-suite meetings
- Ensure CEO arrives at all meetings on time
- Support executive-level projects, research, and presentation prep
- Handle occasional personal tasks to maximize CEO focus
- Serve as a warm, polished point of contact for Advisors and guests

- A strong communicator with exceptional judgment and follow-through
- Someone who anticipates needs and brings structure to fast-moving environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years supporting C-suite executives (high-growth experience a plus)
- Advanced time management, prioritization, and systems thinking
- Mastery of Microsoft Office + comfort with scheduling/video conferencing tools
- High integrity, professionalism, and polished communication skills
Salary Description
$75, DOE
