• Coordinate staffing coverage across assigned units by managing personnel availability and skill mix to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to plan staffing patterns and manage employee requests while adhering to budgetary guidelines
• Act as a resource for Kronos ESS and timecard functionality, addressing staff inquiries and resolving scheduling issues
• Utilize Kronos reporting and Microsoft Excel for scheduling data management, including timecard reconciliation
• Support the Staffing Office by coordinating daily staffing assignments and making real-time adjustments in Kronos

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative environment
• Experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling is desired
• Familiarity with Kronos scheduling and timekeeping systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience in a medical environment with specific personnel scheduling experience
• Proficiency in customer service skills
