Overview
You’re not “just a receptionist.” You’re the first hello. If you love making people feel instantly comfortable—and you’re the kind of person who keeps calendars, messages, and details airtight—this is your seat.
Compensation and benefits- Hourly pay: $17–$23/hour (based on experience) + potential discretionary bonus tied to reliability and client experience.
- Benefits include a $1,500 company-paid credit toward medical insurance plus a $500 additional benefits credit.
- Full-time, in-office in Sandy, UT, standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support for client education events.
At Heritage Wealth Management, you’ll own the welcome experience for every client interaction—on the phone and in person. You’ll schedule and confirm appointments, keep the front office client-ready, and communicate changes so advisors stay on time and clients feel well cared for.
Why HeritageWe’re a planning-first wealth management firm built around our Heritage PEAK Retirement framework:
Preserve legacy, Elevate healthcare planning, Altitude of income, and Keep your money (tax efficiency). We’re also active in community education (including Social Security and retirement-focused workshops).
The office experience is a differentiator here—clients should feel known, comfortable, and happy they came in. Our President, Dallin Schwendiman, grew from marketing/sales into advising and stepped into the role in 2025—so growth and learning are part of how we operate.
Ideal for someone who- Brings warm, upbeat energy while staying professional and discreet
- Enjoys high-volume phones and communicates clearly
- Is obsessive (in a good way) about scheduling accuracy and follow-through
- Keeps spaces organized and client-ready
- Treats confidentiality like a non-negotiable
- Likes pitching in when the team needs help—especially around events
If you prefer low interaction, dislike phones, or get sloppy with details when it’s busy, this won’t feel good. If you want remote work, this isn’t the right role.
Required- 1+ year in a hospitality + organization role (reception, office coordination, medical front desk, hotel/hospitality, customer support, etc.)
- Strong computer basics (email, calendars, documents/spreadsheets) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable in-office attendance; flexibility for occasional after-hours event support
- Financial advisory, insurance, legal, or medical office experience
- Event support experience (registrations, reminders, check-in)
- Light admin experience (scanning, basic documentation)
