Schedule and Location

  • Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours/week
  • Hours: Typically between 9:00am–3:00pm MT (flexible; some overlap with East/West Coast hours preferred)
  • Location: 100% Remote (Mountain Time preferred)
  • Pay: $20-25/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a small, fast-moving team operating at the intersection of data, technology, and investing. This is a remote, part-time contract role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support, light systems navigation, and ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly.

This role is not a formal software testing position. Instead, the focus is on navigating internal tools, reviewing published content, confirming functionality, and supporting day-to-day administrative and client-facing tasks. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Navigate internal systems and platforms to ensure content is up to date and functioning as intended
  • Review and validate published data and materials for clarity, accuracy, and usability
  • Compile information into PDFs and other shareable formats for clients or stakeholders
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling, follow-ups, and returning calls
  • Assist with outreach and coordination related to engaging qualified contributors or partners
  • Communicate comfortably via phone and email with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Work independently with flexibility, completing some tasks outside of live business hours

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable navigating new systems and tools with minimal guidance
  • Detail-oriented and able to spot issues or inconsistencies in content or workflows
  • Confident communicator, especially on the phone
  • Able to work well with direct communication styles in a technical environment
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones
  • Proficient with Google Suite (experience with AI or note-taking tools a plus)

Additional Notes

  • Training will be provided
  • Schedule is flexible, with a preference for a few overlapping business hours
  • This is a contract role with workload dependent on project timing
