We are Pack Pro Movers, a fast-growing moving company based in Dallas, TX. We specialize in moving homes, apartments, and storage units. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeping and Reporting Specialist to help us scale and manage financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping:
  Manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile accounts.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Marketing Reports:
  Compile and generate performance reports on marketing activities.
• Administrative Support:
  Provide additional administrative support as needed.
• Process Documentation:
  Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
• Advising:
  Offer insights on process improvements and key financial metrics to track for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Quick Books.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online tools and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
