Our team is looking for a stellar Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of complex secretarial and administrative duties in support of the Bureau of Oil and Gas Planning and Program Management. If this sounds like the position for you, apply today!
DESCRIPTION OF WORKThis position provides direct administrative support for the Bureau of Oil and Gas Planning and Program Management (BOGPPM). It is the primary administrative support position for the bureau and coordinates administrative activities with the bureau director, respective division chiefs, and the administrative officer in the Deputy Secretary’s Office of Oil and Gas Management.
Work Schedule and Additional Information- Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high‑speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Graduation from a four‑year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
