Position SummaryThe Associate AMS Support role will be an integral member of the team supporting Highstreet partners once they convert and transition to adopting Highstreet’s Gold Standard Applied Epic.
Introducing Applied Epic to Highstreet is a long-term, high-priority, enterprise-wide initiative. Our goal is to activate organic growth potential where our partners feel supported by efficient workflows, shared resources, and analytical insights benefiting from quality data capture.
The Associate will provide download support to agencies after they convert to Applied Epic.
Day-to-day, this role will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across Highstreet (Client Service, Technology, Finance) and will work alongside multiple strategic service providers.

Key Areas of Responsibility- Attach policies and eDocs out of suspense for all agencies
- Work with agencies on corrective action they need to take for items that can’t be released from suspense
- Work with Applied Support as needed to resolve issues identified
- Collaborate with Highstreet Applied Epic Team to improve processes related to download
- 1 years minimum of Insurance agency/brokerage experience
- Hands-on experience with Applied Epic
- Hands-on experience with policy and eDocs suspense and understanding how to attach items and why they are in suspense
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as Outlook and Word
