This is a full-time hybrid role located in St. Louis, MO, with opportunities for remote work. As an Executive Assistant Finance, you will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the finance team. Key day-to-day tasks include managing CEO's schedule, preparing and reconciling expense reports, overseeing administrative tasks, and assisting with financial operations and reporting. You will also play a critical role in facilitating communication with investors as related to financial matters and ensuring the efficient execution of projects and initiatives.
This job is a heavier finance role and the executive administration duties are minimal.

- Pay bills, manage cash flow, manager CEO’s inbox, Monitor Monthly Budget, Add new employees to Gusto
- Review and update company financial policies and SOP’s
- Review documents needed from employees. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to guarantee timely and successful client outcomes.
- Payroll , Adding new employees, Sending out 1099’s to vendors and employees. Sending W2’s to Employees.
- Any Tax related questions. Documents that came in the mail. Submit to Gusto, or determine what is needed
- Ensure Bids are getting entered and appropriate Change Orders and POs are getting created and released
- Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing senior executives' schedules and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Expense Reports to support financial tracking and accountability.
- Strong background in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Finance principles relevant to supporting financial operations and assisting with budget management.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in software tools for document creation, spreadsheets, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
