Position: Remote Travel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Travel Operations Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of travel arrangements for clients. In this role, you will assist with researching travel options, preparing quotes, organizing itineraries, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and properly documented. You will collaborate with clients and travel partners to maintain smooth communication and efficient coordination from initial inquiry through final confirmation.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, administrative support, problem-solving, and working in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, and related services
  • Prepare and organize travel quotes, confirmations, and itinerary documents
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to verify booking details
  • Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and scheduling details
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of travel arrangements
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
