- Serve as the primary administrative assistant to the Assistant Director of the Energy Development Services Division
- Manage scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate program support activities
- Ensure operational continuity across the division and provide administrative support to agency management
- Assist in the close-out of legacy incentive programs and related projects
- Support meetings or events by developing agendas and coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person environments
- Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience, including coordinating office procedures and preparing reports
- OR an associate degree in general office occupations and two years of relevant experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in entering and tracking data accurately across systems or databases
- Experience preparing, editing, and maintaining reports with clear and accurate information
- Ability to research information and present it effectively
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to equity
