Position: Division Assistant (Administrative Specialist 2) – Hybrid Remote Work Opportunity

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary administrative assistant to the Assistant Director of the Energy Development Services Division
  • Manage scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate program support activities
  • Ensure operational continuity across the division and provide administrative support to agency management
  • Assist in the close-out of legacy incentive programs and related projects
  • Support meetings or events by developing agendas and coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience, including coordinating office procedures and preparing reports
  • OR an associate degree in general office occupations and two years of relevant experience
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional office setting
  • Proficiency in entering and tracking data accurately across systems or databases
  • Experience preparing, editing, and maintaining reports with clear and accurate information
